Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. QuickFixHQ does not receive or store your full card number. The payment provider may process payment, fraud prevention, tax, and transaction information under its own privacy terms.
Why we use this information
We use customer information to complete the purchase contract, deliver files, send order messages, provide support, meet legal and accounting obligations, prevent misuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the store.
Service providers
QuickFixHQ uses a checkout payment provider for payments, Supabase for order data and private file storage, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services and may process data outside your country using their applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as necessary for delivery, support, security, accounting, and legal requirements. Access is restricted, product files are private, and download links are time limited.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Legal retention duties may limit deletion. Contact orders@quickfixhq.com to make a request.
Cookies
The current store uses only technology required to operate pages, checkout, security, and private delivery. This policy will be updated before optional advertising or analytics cookies are introduced.
